Do you allow alcohol at an event?Yes, we allow beer, wine, champagne, and canned seltzers. We do not allow hard alcohol.

Do you allow outside catering?Yes, we allow almost any type of caterer from food trucks to taco carts in our outdoor space (depending on the size of the food truck). We do not allow cooking with an open flame inside Swell Studio, only chaffing dishes. Vendors who do not require cooking are welcome to setup inside.

Can we hire a DJ for our event?We do allow live acoustic musicians to perform at your event, but we do not allow a DJ. You are allowed to bring a bluetooth speaker to use for your event.

Do you provide tables and chairs?We do not have tables and chairs in house, but we partner with several local rental companies that offer a wide selection.

Do you require event insurance for our event?Yes, we require all of our clients to provide insurance coverage of up to $1 million of general liability. This helps cover any injuries to guests or damage to the venue. You can purchase a policy at Thimble.com or EventHelper.com based on your guest count.
